I am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and adhere to the College’s professional standards of practice and code of ethics. I am also a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, the Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy Institute, and am a certified elementary educator and member of the Ontario College of Teachers. In addition to my work as a psychotherapist, I have worked with children, youth, and families as a public school teacher in Ontario and northern British Columbia, and as a Social Emotional Learning specialist in California. I have always loved supporting the people with whom I’ve worked in aligning with the wisdom of their core experience and in cultivating authentic and fulfilling relationships.

I believe deeply in our capacity to heal and in the power of the therapeutic relationship to support personal growth and transformation. I am passionate about my ongoing training and expect to be a life-long learner. I also consider clinical supervision to be an integral component of ethical and competent practice. As such, I participate in ongoing individual supervision.
